The Handvo flour is a mixture of rice, chana dal and corn. The handvo flour is then mixed with yogurt, spices and healthy vegetables, then allowed to ferment for a particular period before steaming in a vessel.  Handvo  is a vegetable cake originating from the Indian subcontinent. It is a part of the Gujarati cuisine. It is often made with a bottle gourd filling, though many other vegetables can be added. Sometimes crushed peanutsare also added.
