Pre-cooked rice sevai or string hoppers are a blessing when you have unexpected guests or are too tired to cook. Just add boiling water and keep aside for about 3 minutes and then drain the water. Delicious rice sevai is ready to be served. Add coconut, curd, cashew nuts or tamarind for variety.
